• Haircut and styling services
• Hair coloring and treatments
• Facial and skin care treatments
• Makeup services (party and bridal)
• Hair spa and conditioning treatments

3. Appointments

Cancellation Policy: We request that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to prepare for your service.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We accept:

• Cash
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfers

Payment is required at the time of service completion.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know immediately, and we'll make it right. We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of service for any concerns.

While we take every precaution to ensure quality service, we are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or pre-existing conditions. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your service.
